Civil servants refer to staff members who perform public duties according to law, are included in the state administrative establishment, and are paid by the state finances for wages and benefits.
Civil servant positions are classified into categories such as general management, professional technology and administrative law enforcement according to the nature, characteristics and management needs of the position.
According to the Civil Service Law of India, the State Council may add other job categories for those with special positions that need to be managed separately.
The state sets the civil service job sequence according to the civil service job category. Civil servants are divided into leadership positions and non-leadership positions.
The leadership level is divided into national-level official, national-level deputy, provincial-level deputy, provincial-level deputy, the department-level deputy, department-level deputy, county-level deputy, county-level deputy, township-level deputy, township Departmental deputy. Non-leadership levels are set below the bureau level.
